Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a full-time, benefited, non-exempt position. Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks on Chautauqua facilities, structures and grounds. Weekend and holiday work may be required. For emergency and inclement weather reporting, this position is considered essential.

The right candidate will have:

• 3 years all-around residential maintenance experience required (hospitality industry preferred).

• Basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and painting skills. Strong carpentry skills are a plus. Will need to successfully complete CCA’S Tech I Skill Requirements Evaluation.

• Experience working in work order system; knowledge of WorxHub a plus.

• Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well on a team.

• Strong guest service mindset.

• Results oriented, able to meet deadlines

• Valid driver’s license
