Facilities Maintenance Technician

· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, irrigation, and environmental controls.
· Conduct preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
· Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize operational downtime.
· Maintain and repair cultivation equipment including irrigation lines, pumps, filters, and fertigation systems.
· Support manufacturing lab equipment maintenance and coordinate service when necessary.
· Monitor facility environmental systems including temperature, humidity, and CO₂ controls.
· Inspect building systems and identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
· Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of repairs and inspections.
· Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Follow all workplace safety standards and PPE requirements.
· Assist with facility improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
· Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
· Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment storage.
