We are looking for a reliable and motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at a medical facility in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Patch, repair, and paint walls as needed
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist with preventative maintenance
• Help keep the facility clean, organized, and safe
• Complete other facility maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous maintenance, handyman, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
• Authorized to work in the United States
