Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing company facilities, utilities, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities, buildings, and work areas.
• Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general repair works.
• Inspect and maintain facility utilities, lighting, air-conditioning units, pumps, and other support equipment.
• Troubleshoot facility problems and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Assist in facility improvements, equipment installation, and repair projects.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
• Accomplish maintenance checklists, work orders, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, 5S standards, and housekeeping requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
• With experience in facilities or industrial maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical works, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with the proper use of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates or applicants with relevant technical skills may apply.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
