Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial & Custodial Maintenance Technician to keep our dealership facilities spotlessly clean, presentable, and well-maintained. This role focuses primarily on daily environmental cleaning, floor care, facility sanitation, and minor upkeep across our showroom, service areas, offices, and customer lounges. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, possesses a strong eye for detail, and takes proactive ownership of facility cleanliness and light daily maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial and custodial care across all dealership facilities, including the sales floor, customer waiting lounges, restrooms, offices, and service department break areas.
• Execute routine floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and operating floor care equipment.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock all customer and employee restrooms throughout the day to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the interior and exterior of the facility; ensure proper waste disposal and recycling compliance.
• Keep exterior entryways, walkways, and showroom glass clean and free of debris, fingerprints, and trash.
• Assist with light physical upkeep and basic facility tasks, such as changing lightbulbs, minor touch-up painting, organizing supply rooms, and moving furniture or event setups as needed.
• Monitor janitorial supplies, cleaning chemical inventory, and tools; report reorder needs to management in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety guidelines, proper chemical dilution ratios, and OSHA standard safety protocols (including SDS sheets) when handling cleaning products and operating equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial work, commercial custodial care, facility housekeeping, or light maintenance roles.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, sanitation standards, and basic cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, pressure washers).
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and remain active throughout the workday.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset with ability to identify areas needing attention without constant supervision.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with dealership staff and visiting customers.
• Reliability, strong time management skills, and a solid work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
