Facilities Maintenance Technician

Steve’s European Automotive is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our team as a part-time Facilities Technician. Working approximately 2–3 days per week with a flexible schedule, you’ll help keep our buildings, grounds, and equipment in good working order. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys tackling everyday repairs, and likes finding practical solutions to keep things running smoothly.

We're a family owned business that's been serving our clients for over 40 years. We service all makes and models and specialize in European vehicles. Many of our employees have been with us for years--we like to think of them as family.

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for maintaining our building, equipment, and overall shop environment so our team can perform at their best.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Maintain shop organization and safety standards
• Manage seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping support
• Coordinate small repairs and vendor service when needed
• Maintain facility maintenance logs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Mechanical aptitude and basic repair experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
