🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues within the scope of training and authorization.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot reported problems promptly.
• Monitor the condition of building systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct minor repairs and coordinate specialized repairs when necessary.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, and completed work orders.
• Identify potential safety hazards and report defects requiring attention.
• Assist with HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other facility system maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are used and stored safely.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and relevant maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with facilities teams and external contractors when required.
• Support emergency maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and functional workspaces and common areas.

✅ Requirements

• Technical certificate, diploma, or equivalent training in facilities maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in building maintenance or facilities services is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to identify faults and perform routine repairs safely.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and work order systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Relevant licenses or certifications where required by local regulations.
