The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily property maintenance, possesses well-rounded technical skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Evaluate maintenance concerns and recommend practical, cost-effective repair solutions.
  • Collaborate with onsite property management and maintenance teams to coordinate repairs, prioritize assignments, and minimize disruptions to residents.
  • Identify repairs requiring licensed contractors or outside vendors and communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, inspections, materials used, and outstanding maintenance concerns.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, applicable building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete assigned maintenance responsibilities.
  • Communicate work progress, maintenance concerns, and repair recommendations to the Director of Facilities and Capital Improvements.
  • Perform other maintenance-related duties and special projects as assigned.
