Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial cleaning tools.
• Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as building repairs, painting, and upkeep of fixtures to keep facilities in excellent condition.
• Have the ability to repair sheetrock, woodwork, ceilings and light fixtures. Be proficient in painting, sealing, and outdoor grounds facility upkeep
• Resrock supplies like paper products, cleaning agents, and other custodial materials to maintain operational readiness.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving furniture, supplies, or equipment using proper safety techniques to prevent injury.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility-related requests or issues from staff or visitors.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
