As a Facilities Management Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the daily facilities and maintenance operations for assigned properties.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians and contractors across different sites.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, faults, repairs and outstanding works.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct site inspections and identify defects or maintenance needs.
• Source quotations and assist with cost evaluations.
• Coordinate contractors and service vendors to ensure works are completed on time.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and authorities on maintenance matters.
• Maintain records of work orders, service reports, quotations and maintenance activities.
• Prepare daily updates, weekly outstanding-work reports and monthly management reports.
• Assist with contract renewals and other facilities-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property management or M&E maintenance.
