Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across Building Maintenance (BM), Fixed Asset (FA), and Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) to ensure efficiency, service quality, and follow the process flow.
• Oversee BM management, including Preventative Maintenance, Breakdown Recovery and Improvement Projects to guarantee the performance of Jing Si Hall Infrastructure.
• Monitor service quality, response times, and service performance outcome.
• Ensure due diligence of FA are upheld in enterprise wide with conforming internal control on asset registration, statutory control, transfer, disposal, write-off and verification.
• Facilitate and enable HSSE best practices to ensure full compliance with statutory entities such as DOSH + DOE + KDN.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate corrective actions to address operational gaps, facility needs, or service improvements.
• Undertake special assignments or projects as delegated by the CEO Office, ensuring timely
• completion and achievement of objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or property management
• Proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance
• Good command in English. Proficiency in Mandarin (write and speak) is essential to communicate with with Taiwanese stakeholders.
