Facilities Management Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Preferably, at least 3 years of experience managing operations and maintenance of facilities and sports facilities in projects of similar size within GCC countries.

Service Level Requirements

• Good technical knowledge of:
• Electrical systems
• Control systems
• ELV systems
• BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Mechanical systems
• HVAC systems
• Fire protection systems
• Good knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and related regulations.
• Preferably holds one of the following Facilities Management certifications:
• CFM
• FMP
• SFP
• Preferably accredited by QCDD.
• Preferably classified as Grade A by Kahramaa / competent authorities.
• Good knowledge of standards and regulations applicable in the State of Qatar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficient in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise multiple teams and make sound decisions.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
