Facilities Management Officer

The Facilities Management Specialist Officer manages all the facilities of the company and ensures that buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Makes recommendations for any facility improvement and oversees building projects and renovations.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Leads all corrective and preventive maintenance needed in any area, building or ground, within the Bohol Port vicinity.

2. Ensures that the port facility, building and ground, is clean and well - maintained according to the Company Policies and guidelines set by the Philippine Port Authority.

3. Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.

4. Oversees space planning projects, office renovations, refurbishments and building projects.

5. Recommends facility design modifications as may be needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, or property management
• Experience in facility operations, preventive maintenance, and repair coordination
• Knowledge of building systems, utilities, and basic maintenance requirements
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
