Facilities management supervisor

La Verde Facilities Management is looking for an experienced and responsible Facilities Management Supervisor to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily facilities operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing technicians and housekeeping staff, and ensuring that all services are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily facilities management and maintenance activities.
• Manage and monitor technicians, cleaners, and other FM staff.
• Plan and assign maintenance and service tasks to the team.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and facilities.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance works are completed on time.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning, maintenance, and other FM services.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service-related issues.
• Maintain daily work schedules, reports, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Identify maintenance requirements and report issues to management.
• Follow up on ongoing jobs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and FM operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
