Facilities Manager

Duties included:

• Manage the facility maintenance services for the Club, supervise a team of maintenance & housekeeping staff.

• Able to draw up an effective work plan for the maintenance team and provide team with a direction to work towards.

• Prepare and implement an annual preventive maintenance program for all Club facilities

• Attending meeting and provide cost effective maintenance solution to the Club.

• Manage other maintenance service providers for the Club, such as Contractor for waste collection, contractors for air conditioning, swimming pool cleaning contractors.

• Prepare an annual budget for the maintenance operations as well as for Capital Expenditure.

• Identify areas of improvements for the Club and subsequent procurement of such improvement works on project basis.

• Very resourceful and have a network of reliable contractors who are able to lend support to the Club at short notice and at competitive price.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Building or Estate Management
• Possess good knowledge of work hazards, safety procedures, and public safety matters. Certificate in Fire Safety Manager Course is an added advantage
• Knowledgeable in building works, upgrading and reinstatement works, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work
• Knowledge of horticulture & turf maintenance.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in Clubs/Hotels/Condominium will be an added advantage
• Able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage
