Facilities Manager

Salary Range: $5,000 - $7,500

Location: East

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across the assigned site(s).
• Manage and lead a team of Engineers and Technicians
• Ensure building services, equipment and facilities are operating efficiently.
• Oversee ACMV/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, building management systems (BMS) and other M&E systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Understand client requirements and ensure contractual service levels are achieved.
• Attend client meetings, operational reviews and performance meetings.

Requirements:

• With 6 - 10 years of facilities/building management experience.
• Experience managing M&E/ACMV/HVAC, electrical and building services.
• Experience managing a team of technicians/engineers
