Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the presentation, maintenance and physical operation of a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties.
• Supervise service and maintenance contractors to ensure efficient and effective plant operation.
• Monitor maintenance works and coordinate responses to tenant service requests.
• Ensure all WHS and compliance obligations are met, including fire, lift, mechanical and electrical services.
• Review existing service contracts and maintenance arrangements, including re-tendering where required.
• Assist with the development and implementation of capital works programs.
• Support the delivery of special projects and operational initiatives as required.
• Coordinate after-hours contractor attendance and site issues when necessary.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum three years' experience in a Facilities Management or similar role.
• Experience managing building operations across commercial property assets.
• Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical services or a related discipline is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage contractors and service providers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace health, safety and compliance standards.
