What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily operations across multiple facilities, covering both hard and soft services
• Oversee hard services including general building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems
• Oversee soft services including cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, security and pest control
• Ensure all reactive, planned and corrective maintenance meets contractual, regulatory and industry standards
• Coordinate maintenance programs to uphold site condition, presentation, safety and compliance
• Prepare accurate site documentation including emergency procedures, compliance records and financial summaries
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop capital budgets and maintenance plans
• Monitor contractor and tenant compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
• Travel to regional and remote sites to conduct inspections and support local teams

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management OR relevant trade/technical qualification or FM‑related tertiary qualification
• Bachelor’s degree and/or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong capability in planning and managing preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and related documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS/Work Order Management systems

Work Environment

This role operates within a professional client office environment, with travel between sites as required. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
