• Implement data-driven preventive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime, enhance facility reliability, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Spearhead the upgrade of predictive monitoring systems for key facility equipment, enabling proactive fault detection and reducing potential operational disruptions.

• Lead end-to-end team management for the facility operations & maintenance team, including daily workload scheduling, cross-functional coordination, performance appraisal, talent cultivation, and accountability alignment. Drive overall team efficiency and collaborative execution; oversee staffing allocation, recruitment support, and team structure optimization to build a high-performing, self-sufficient technical team.
• Conduct targeted hands-on training programs focused on facility operation, routine maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting. Tailor training content to bridge skill gaps and enhance the team’s technical proficiency.
• Establish, update, and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all facility-related tasks, unifying work standards and ensuring consistent, compliant execution across the entire team.
• Reduce dependency on third-party vendors through systematic internal competency building, team skill upgrading, and in-house technical capability empowerment—lowering external service costs while improving response speed to facility issues. APAC Regional Technical Support 30%
• Provide cross-site technical advisory services across APAC, covering energy efficiency optimization, FMEA analysis, capital projects, and system upgrades.
• Facilitate cross-site best practice sharing through regional knowledge hubs, fostering collaboration and driving consistent operational standards across the APAC region.
• Streamline facility equipment lifecycle management protocols across all APAC sites, ensuring standardized processes for equipment installation, maintenance, and retirement. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in facility operations and maintenance, with specialized expertise in HVAC and electrical systems spanning the full lifecycle—from design and installation to routine maintenance. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of team management experience is required.
• Demonstrated strong technical competence in system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance implementation, and performance optimization is essential.
• Deep expertise in the design, operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency optimization of complex facility systems, including HVAC, cleanroom environments, power distribution, air compression/vacuum systems, and Facility Monitoring and Control Systems (FMCS).
• Proficient in applying Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) platforms. Advanced skills in predictive maintenance tools—such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and oil analysis—are required.
• Fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing capabilities to effectively communicate across cross-functional, regional, and global teams.
