What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally across multiple retail or commercial sites.
- Working knowledge of building systems, health and safety regulations, and vendor contract management.
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to travel across store locations as needed and to lead a small team.
- Must be willing to handle 15 retail stores, 1 warehouse, 1 main office
