ABOUT P1 MOTOR CLUB
P1 Motor Club is a 650-acre private motorsports campus on Florida's Treasure Coast. It is the most expansive private motorsports campus in the Americas. With the Treasure Coast Circuit completing and the club hosting member days and events, P1 combines championship-caliber circuits, a private club community, Garage Townhomes, a professional Commerce Park, and marquee OEM partnerships. We are building a team defined by craft, hospitality, and love of the sport.
THE ROLE
You keep 650 acres running: grounds, buildings, roads, drainage, and site infrastructure across a campus that is still being built out around you. You will also oversee the track surface itself, maintained to standards Motorsport sets and inspects. This is a hands-on seat. At opening you are one of one or two, with tools in your hands as often as a clipboard. As the campus builds out, a crew grows with you.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Campus maintenance: grounds, buildings, roads, drainage, and site infrastructure
- Track-surface and circuit-adjacent maintenance to Motorsport standards, presented for their acceptance
- Facility vendors and contracts, including oversight of the contracted security firm
- Preventative-maintenance schedules and inspection checklists, with records kept current
- Hurricane and severe-weather preparedness and response for the campus
- Event-day facility support alongside Club Operations and Motorsport
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in facilities or grounds management at a campus-scale property, such as a club, resort, or sports venue
- Hands-on trades competence; comfortable being one of one or two at the start
- Vendor and contract management experience
- Florida storm-season operational experience strongly preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license required
- Background check required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is outdoor work across a 650-acre campus in a Florida climate. With or without reasonable accommodation, you should be comfortable spending most of your day on your feet or driving the property in heat, humidity, and seasonal weather; lifting and positioning materials and equipment up to 50 pounds; and bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working at height. The role involves operating hand tools, power tools, and grounds equipment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and cleaning agents. It also requires being on site for severe-weather preparation and recovery, including outside normal hours.
SCHEDULE
All P1 roles are fully on-site. Every position is weekend and holiday exposed; the club runs when members are here. Salaried roles work 5 days per week, including weekends; typical days off are Monday and Tuesday, though the schedule shifts with the event calendar.
BENEFITS
- Medical insurance through BCBS Florida; P1 covers 50% of the monthly premium
- On-site meals included on all operating days
- P1 branded gear and swag kit
- Paid time off: 1.25 days per month (up to 15 days per year); 5 days carry-over; PTO encouraged during low season (July–September)
- Event-weekend blackout periods, with guaranteed comp days following major event weekends
- Certification reimbursement: P1 covers job-required certifications on an ad hoc basis
- At least 2 dedicated staff training days per year that include driving access, subject to advance Track Director sign-off
- Internal-first posting of every new role, with transparency about when new seats open
- Written development paths at hire identifying career progression opportunities and the specific milestones required to reach them
- Cross-training across P1 disciplines: circuit, karting, off-road, drift, hospitality, real estate, and Commerce Park
