About the role
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a commercial and industrial portfolio, ensuring the smooth delivery of building services and compliance standards. You will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment while contributing to the overall asset strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements

• Oversee contractor performance and procurement processes to ensure quality, compliance, and value delivery

• Monitor operational expenditure and maintain performance within approved budget parameters

• Coordinate building services, essential certifications, and respond to tenant requests in a timely manner

• Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and environmental reporting

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in building services, facilities, or operations management

• Strong technical aptitude, with trade qualifications highly regarded

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contractors, and compliance requirements effectively

• Well-developed communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands

• Intermediate computer literacy and a commitment to safety, diversity, and continuous improvement
