Facilities Manager

• CBD Location, 1 Day WFH

 
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to look after a portfolio of predominantly industrial assets, on behalf of an Asset Management company.
  
Responsibilities:

• Lead the Facilities Management function across planned and preventative maintenance.
• Lead the basebuilding FM across both Hard & Soft services.
• Act as the point of contact for the client and tenants responding to any queries or issues.
• Manage the capex/opex budget, contractor management, whs and over portfolio performance.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in Commercial, Industrial or Retail Facilities Management
• Must have strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
• Must be proficient with computer systems, able to manage work orders, PO’s and invoices.
