We’re looking for a proactive and operations-focused Facilities Manager to ensure our facilities remain safe, efficient, well-maintained, and ready to support daily business activities. This role will oversee building operations, coordinate service providers, manage maintenance activities, and continuously improve the workplace environment.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities and workplace operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility services.
• Monitor building systems, equipment, utilities, and common areas.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Plan and track maintenance schedules, service requests, and operational activities.
• Ensure facilities comply with relevant safety, security, and operational standards.
• Respond to facility issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Monitor facility-related budgets, costs, resources, and service performance.
• Develop and maintain facility procedures, records, reports, and documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness, business continuity, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and employee experience.
• Lead or support facility improvement, renovation, relocation, and workplace projects when required.
