Facilities Manager

We are currently seeking a talented Facilities Manager to join our team at Les Mills Hamilton. As part of the club management team, you'll be an integral part of the team and play a crucial role to deliver exceptional facilities across our 12 clubs nationwide, serving our vibrant community of 50,000 members. You will be the go-to person for maintaining our Hamilton club facilities, ensuring it meets Les Mills' high standards in a cost-efficient and member-safe manner. You’ll need to have some decent hands-on maintenance skills to enable you to problem-solve on the go.

 To excel in this role, you will ideally have:

• A background in project management, building, and/or equipment maintenance
• Proven experience in managing building service and supplier relationships
• Strong ability to plan ahead, prioritise effectively, and follow through on tasks
• A solid background in team leadership and managing logistics
• A keen focus on health and safety to ensure a safe environment for all employees and members
• A personal fitness journey and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle
