Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily facilities and workplace operations, including technical, cleaning, mailroom and support services.
• Ensure service delivery meets KPIs, SLAs, safety and compliance requirements.
• Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for operational matters.
• Lead and manage vendors, contractors and service partners.
• Monitor budgets, costs, risks and overall operational performance.
• Drive workplace experience and service quality improvements.
• Manage incidents, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Facilities Management.
• Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC, electrical, fire protection and BMS systems.
• Experience in managing vendors, contractors, budgets and client stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of KPI/SLA, safety, compliance and risk management.
• Customer-focused, commercially aware and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
