Help Wanted: Multi-Location Maintenance Technician (Company Vehicle Provided) – Bedminster, NJ

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of our popular multi-location restaurant and premier catering hall based in the Bedminster, NJ area. In this role, you will ensure our facilities remain safe, fully operational, and beautiful for our guests. You will travel between our local Somerset County properties using a fully equipped company vehicle, handling everything from routine preventative care to emergency equipment fixes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs across all locations.
• Equipment Care: Troubleshooting and conducting minor repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems.
• Event Readiness: Ensure the catering hall lighting, climate control, and audio-visual setups are functioning perfectly ahead of major events.
• Grounds & Safety: Maintain clean exterior spaces and quickly resolve any safety hazards or building code violations.
• Vendor Coordination: Work alongside specialized contractors for repairs when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in commercial building maintenance (experience in restaurants, hospitality, or catering venues is highly preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of commercial plumbing, basic electrical, drywall, and HVAC systems.
• Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle around the Bedminster/Somerset County region.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a set 7-3 or 8-4 Mon-Fri shift, including occasional evenings or weekends to handle emergencies or work around major catering events.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
