Facilities Manager

• Lead and manage the overall facilities management operations for assigned commercial building(s).
• Oversee the operation, maintenance and performance of M&E building services, including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Plan and manage preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance to ensure building systems remain safe, reliable and operational.
• Manage service contracts, maintenance budgets, contractors, vendors and operational resources.
• Monitor contractors' performance and ensure works are completed in accordance with contractual requirements, service standards and safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring contractual KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Coordinate and oversee building incidents, breakdowns and emergency response, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, company policies and relevant statutory regulations.
• Lead, supervise and develop the facilities management team while driving continuous improvement in operational performance and service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably in commercial buildings, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building operations and M&E building systems.
• Experience in managing client relationships, contractors, vendors and service delivery.
• Good knowledge of statutory, safety and building maintenance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
