Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Facility Manager .

Responsibilities

Cleaning management

• Budgeting of costs and working hours according to brand/store standards
• Market research and tendering for new suppliers
• Control of expenses and budgets
• Communication with suppliers and stores, order and invoice management

Maintenance management

• Monitoring and controlling maintenance expenses and budgets
• Budget planning according to brand/store standards
• Communication with suppliers and stores, administration and system orders

Material management

• Furniture orders based on brand requirements
• Office supplies orders based on store requests

Reporting and Projects

• Support with store openings and closings and supplier coordination
• Follow-up of Zero Waste project
• Quarterly reporting of imported materials

Requirements:

• Technical background or strong technical understanding
• Controlling and mathematical skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in English
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel preferred)
• 40hrs per week.
