JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Manager is responsible for standardizing and optimizing facility management across Hoan My Medical Corporation's network of hospitals and clinics. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost reduction, and infrastructure stability while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The position focuses on synchronizing facility management processes, optimizing maintenance strategies, and ensuring consistent service quality across all Hoan My hospitals and clinics.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and roll out a unified facility management framework , with centralized monitoring and performance benchmarking across all sites
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, water, electrical, and other systems, using data-driven scheduling to minimize downtime
• Drive cost savings, energy efficiency , and stronger procurement and vendor management without compromising safety or service quality
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations through regular inspections, training, and risk assessments
• Lead, train, and develop the engineering and maintenance teams
• Support planning, bidding, and supervision of new construction, renovations, and upgrades , working closely with the Group COO
• Report on facility performance, maintenance efficiency, and cost savings, and continuously propose improvements

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management , or a related field
• 7+ years in a similar role within a hospital, healthcare, or large-scale nationwide facility management setting
• Strong knowledge of facility and infrastructure management (HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems), fire protection, and environmental safety regulations
• Experience with energy efficiency and cost control strategies; healthcare-specific facility compliance is a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and coordination across multiple sites.
