Work Location: Sunguvarchatram, Chennai
Position: Facility Manager – MEP
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: DEEE / BE EEE
Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹65,000 Gross per Month
Required Skills & Experience:
- Utility Operations – 110 KV
- HVAC Systems
- Chiller Operations & Maintenance
- STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
- WTP (Water Treatment Plant)
- Electrical C License – Mandatory
- Strong industrial MEP experience and technical knowledge
