Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and low/high voltage systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Manage facilities maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules efficiently.
• Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Coordinate facility improvement projects including upgrades to mechanical systems, electrical wiring, HVAC repairs, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations through regular training sessions and safety audits.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and repair logs to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience supervising facilities or industrial maintenance teams within manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using schematics, electrical testing tools (voltmeter, ohmmeter), and CMMS software for maintenance management.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards along with experience implementing safety protocols across facilities.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.

Pay: $54,300.00 - $65,500.00 per year
