Job summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, utilities, and other facility assets are maintained to high standards, while managing maintenance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage facility operations, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and maintenance costs.
• Supervise facility staff and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• A minimum of an OND in a related field
