Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance activities, and facility services. The successful candidate will ensure that facilities remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained while managing service providers, monitoring operational costs, and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Oversee daily facility operations, building maintenance, and repair activities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to facility-related issues.
• Manage contractors, vendors, service agreements, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor facility budgets, operating expenses, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building, workplace safety, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct facility inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and operational performance.
• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in facilities or building management is preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, vendor management, and facility operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
