Position Title: Facilities Manager

Position Summary: The Facilities Manager is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. We encourage our team members to have more fun when they work at Wild Rose. As we say working here shouldn’t be this much fun!

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Responsible for all managerial aspect of the Maintenance Department
• Prepares, understands and administers all Facilities Department operating and capital budgets
• Recommends changes on property in order to reduce injuries and comply with state codes, fire codes and OSHA
• Complies with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and adheres to all safety guidelines
• Use guest service skills as outlined in Wild Rose Casino & Hotel policies and procedures
• Other duties assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary: Based on experience
