✅ Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance schedules, and workplace services.

✅ Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and urgent facility issues.

✅ Manage contractors, vendors, service agreements, and supplier performance.

✅ Monitor facilities budgets, maintenance expenses, and resource allocation.

✅ Support compliance with relevant health, safety, security, and building requirements.

✅ Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and operational documentation.

✅ Identify opportunities to improve facility performance, reduce downtime, and control costs.

✔️ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to operational challenges.
