Facilities Manager (Malls)

Key responsibilities:

• To oversee the daily operations of facilities, including coordinate repairs, renovations and maintenance that eliminate the possibilities of disruption to the operations.
• Develop and implement Building & Facilities Maintenance SOP and schedule to obtain the smooth and uninterrupted building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.).
• Perform preventive scheduled and routine walk-about the job and inspections to detect any building & facilities' irregularities.
• Maintain and perform ERP & drills and compliance to all OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure all contracted activities are meeting the required quality and timeliness.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities and Complex & Malls Industry, that associated with good knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
• Excellent in communications with all level of people.
• Ability to lead facilities team to troubleshoot interruptions in facilities / utilities (escalators, lifts, lighting system etc.).
