We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager who will be working with Connext's Internal department in Angeles City, Pampanga.

What is the job?

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of a company's physical work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, facilities, logistics, and administrative activities to ensure smooth business functions.
• Oversee safety compliance, audits, training, maintenance, renovations, and facility improvements.
• Manage vendors, contracts, purchasing, office supplies, fleet, transportation, and service providers.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive support activities.
• Supervise and develop office staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Prepare reports, contracts, presentations, and management materials while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Office Administration, or a related field

• Certified Safety Officer possessing Basic Occupation Safety and Health (BOSH) certification.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in office management, facilities management or admin assistance.

• Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills

• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
