FACILITIES MANAGER – STORE OPERATIONS

We are looking for a Facilities Manager who will oversee the facilities, maintenance, and technical requirements of our retail stores, ensuring that each location remains safe, operational, well-maintained, and aligned with company standards.

This role works closely with Store Operations, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of facilities concerns and consistent maintenance across assigned stores.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Facilities & Maintenance

• Oversee the day-to-day facilities and maintenance requirements of assigned retail stores.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and other store systems and equipment.
• Coordinate and monitor repair works, technical services, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular store inspections and ensure facilities are safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained.
• Respond to and coordinate the timely resolution of store facilities concerns and technical issues.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Manage and coordinate third-party contractors and service providers for store repairs, maintenance, security, pest control, and other facilities-related services.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, timelines, and compliance with agreed service requirements.
• Evaluate service providers and recommend improvements or corrective actions when needed.

Compliance, Safety & Risk Management

• Ensure stores comply with applicable safety, facilities, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate required inspections, permits, certifications, and safety-related activities.
• Work with concerned teams to address safety hazards, technical deficiencies, and compliance findings.
• Support the planning and conduct of emergency preparedness and safety drills.

Budget & Cost Management

• Support the preparation and monitoring of the store facilities and maintenance budget.
• Monitor maintenance expenses, repair costs, and utility consumption.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising store safety, operations, and customer experience.

Store Support & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Store Operations and other departments to address facilities-related concerns that may affect business operations.
• Recommend improvements to store facilities, maintenance processes, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, contracts, and other facilities-related documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical)
• PRC Licensed Engineer
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate and building maintenance, preventive maintenance and project management.
• SO2 and NC II certification are advantages but not required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management systems/software.
• Willing to be assigned in Timog Avenue, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
