Facilities Mechanical Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.

• Ensure safety and reliable operation of systems within assigned areas to prevent disruptions to manufacturing, facilities, or operations, while meeting all project timelines and deliverables.
• Actively collaborate with construction and technical teams to coordinate on-site activities, identify opportunities for reducing total lifecycle costs, and maintain system reliability.
• Apply engineering expertise, systematic problem-solving methodologies, statistical performance validation, and effective coordination with on-site facility management, suppliers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand operational systems and ensure compliance with current standards, codes, regulations, and internal processes.
• Lead the engineering design and development of industrial facility systems, including HVAC, process exhaust, process cooling water, and vacuum systems, across projects of varying complexity.
• Systematically resolve and validate technical issues using proven engineering tools and methods, leveraging deep system understanding and close collaboration with facility teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure systems meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical and Automation

Engineering, or related field; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Independently conducts complex system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implements effective solutions; leads issue resolution to closure.
• Strong technical presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills, clearly communicates technical plans and project progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manages multiple project tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritizes work, and ensures timely achievement of critical milestones.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proactively adapts to technological and process changes; mentors junior staff and actively contributes to team improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Experience in mechanical automation programming or industrial control projects is preferred.
