Facilities Officer

We're seeking a Facilities Officer to provide quality services to ensure the standards meet the facilities management required by company and the client. Job entails monitoring cleaning, maintenance, repairing, renovation, refurbishment work and systems ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. The Officer is responsible for daily operational tasks in accordance with the contracted scopes of service and internal budget setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow contract service scope and manpower/quality requirements.
• Lead/support cleaning and maintain tidy, clean work areas.
• Coordinate with contractors/suppliers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Conduct daily/special tasks (venue setup, moving furniture/equipment).
• Maintain equipment/inventory, raise maintenance requests, manage filing.
• Prepare billing documents and attend client/internal meetings.
• Report incidents, ensure workplace safety, and support after-hours/weekends if needed.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Facilities/Property Management/Building Services.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skill (English & Chinese), interpersonal skills, MS Office knowledge.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Service-oriented, friendly, strong urgency and multitasking skills.
• Good relationship management and teamwork.
• Able to work independently and handle emergencies.
