Facilities Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of company facilities. This role ensures that the workplace remains safe, clean, organized, and operational while coordinating repairs, maintenance schedules, vendor services, and facility-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of office, warehouse, and company facilities
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance for building systems, equipment, and utilities
• Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and maintenance services
• Monitor facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, permits, and facility documentation
• Coordinate office space setup, workstation arrangements, and facility improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related field
• Proven experience in facilities coordination, administration, or maintenance operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance, safety standards, and vendor management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving facility concerns
• Can travel to different warehouse locations for inspection.
• Willing to work onsite in Canumay West, Valenzuela City
