  • Serve as the primary site-level interface among facilities, engineering, security, program management, customers, contractors, vendors, and government stakeholders
  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, facility services, outages, emergency response, and facility transitions, coordinating activities to minimize disruption to mission operations
  • Lead construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facility improvement projects from requirements development through completion, including management of scope, schedules, budgets, risks, designs, specifications, and deliverables
  • Coordinate engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams and provide technical oversight of project and facility-related work to ensure requirements, quality, schedule, and operational objectives are met
  • Support development of SOWs, cost estimates, acquisition packages, project documentation, and contract requirements, and manage contractor and vendor performance
  • Provide leadership with project and facility status, budget information, risks, mitigation plans, and recommendations, supporting CONUS and OCONUS facilities and projects as required

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in facilities management, construction, infrastructure, or engineering management supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or other national-security environments
  • Ability to manage multiple operational and project priorities while maintaining mission continuity
  • Experience managing mission-critical or secure facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and closeout
  • Experience managing construction or facility modifications in specialized mission-critical environments, including SCIFs, data centers, laboratories, or manufacturing facilities, with exposure to A&E oversight, design reviews, construction administration, commissioning, and facility acceptance
  • Ability to develop and evaluate technical requirements, project scopes, SOWs, cost estimates, and related documentation
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and project deliverables
  • Strong practical understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and security
  • Professional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management, project management, or a related field
  • PMP, CFM, FMP, OSHA 30, COTR, or comparable certification
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition, government contracting, SOW, GCE, or COTR processes.
  • Experience with facility management or project management systems
