Facilities Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities projects from planning to completion
• Develop schedules, budgets, and track progress and costs
• Coordinate with teams, contractors, and vendors for delivery
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety policies
• Prepare reports, present updates, and support cost‑saving initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in facilities, construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of project management, building codes, budgeting, and compliance
• Experience in commercial/industrial facilities, including MEP and preventive maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD
