Facilities Project Manager

Responsibilities: As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall quality and service delivery of PGI’s O&MVTE service contract with GSA at the following locations:

• Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole U.S. Courthouse & Federal Building - 300 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96813
• Fort Armstrong Parking Lot - Forrest Ave & Papu St, Honolulu, HI 96813
• Hilo Federal Building and U.S. Post Office - 154 Waianuenue Ave, Hilo, HI 96720
• U.S. Customs Building - 29 Kuhio St, Hilo HI 96720

Additional responsibilities include:

· Report to GSA on behalf of PGI, exercise financial expenditures and controls, and accept notices of deductions, inspection reports and all other correspondence on behalf of PGI.

· Develop project estimates as requested by GSA and oversee the implementation of approved projects.

· Maintain sites-specific expense and project tracking files.

· Work with the Lead Maintenance Mechanic(s) to ensure adequate site coverage and emergency response at all times.

· Ensure that all engineers are cross-trained across all buildings to respond during emergencies and provide coverage and additional support as needed.

· With the assistance of Lead Maintenance Mechanics, develop, deliver and review monthly progress reports to GSA.

· Regularly monitor NCMMS to ensure the performance of each site in the delivery of services to ensure service level agreement parameters outlined in the GSA contract are met.

· Review KPIs impacting the performance of the O&M contract and take actions as required.

· Participate in meetings requested by GSA and provide input related to O&M and tenant environment as applicable.

· Conduct QC inspections and inspect building/mechanical spaces to ensure safe operating environment.

· Conduct QC inspections of outside subcontractors to ensure that service and work performed is in compliance with GSAs requirements.

· Ensure safe, efficient and reliable O&M of electro-mechanical equipment and systems.

· Oversee performance of routine maintenance activities and service work.

· Act as responsible site authority for safety and training of assigned maintenance staff on PGI policies and procedures.

· Prequalify and manage subcontractor services.

· Review and approve departmental policies and procedures.

· Provide technical support and guidance to all onsite staff.

· Manage all onsite staff, including but not limited to performance, scheduling, etc.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
