工作職責 | Job Responsibilities

1. EHS管理體系搭建與執行 Establishment and Implementation of EHS System

建立幷落實充電站安全運營標準（符合香港《電力條例》《職業安全及健康條例》），定期修訂安全操作手册（SOP）。負責日常安全巡查、隱患排查。組織安全培訓與應急演練（如漏電、火灾處置）。

Establish and implement charging station safety operation standards in compliance with Hong Kong Electricity Ordinance and Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance, and regularly revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification. Organize safety training and emergency drills (e.g., electric leakage, fire response).

2. 充電站日常運營管理Daily Operation Management of Charging Stations

統籌場站運營調度，保障充電樁（直流 / 交流）、配電設備、監控系統 24 小時穩定運行。跟進設備運行數據監控（充電量、故障率、使用率），分析運營瓶頸幷提出優化方案。負責場站環境管理（清潔、照明、標識完好）、用戶體驗優化（故障響應、諮詢解答）。協調與物業、電力公司、政府部門的日常溝通，確保運營合規。

Coordinate station operation scheduling to ensure 24/7 stable operation of EV chargers (DC/AC), power distribution equipment, and monitoring systems. Monitor operation data (charging volume, failure rate, utilization rate), analyze bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions. Manage station environment and user experience. Coordinate with property management, power companies, and government authorities to ensure compliance.

3. 設備維修與故障處置Equipment Maintenance and Fault Handling

開展充電樁、變壓器、配電櫃等設備的日常保養、定期檢測（如絕緣測試、接地測試）。快速響應設備故障（如充電中斷、通信异常、硬件損壞），現場排查維修，降低停機時間。

Routine maintenance and periodic testing of EV chargers, transformers, and power distribution cabinets (e.g., insulation test, earthing test). Respond promptly to equipment failures, conduct on-site troubleshooting and repair to minimize downtime.

任職資格 | Job Requirements

1.  大專【高級文憑（Higher Diploma, HD）、副學士（Associate Degree, AD）】及以上學歷，電氣工程、電力系統、新能源科學與工程等相關專業優先。

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above; Electrical Engineering, Power System, New Energy Engineering or related majors are preferred.

2. 持有香港有效電工牌照（B牌或以上，C牌/H牌或相關專項認證優先），熟悉香港電力規例及充電設施安全標準。

Holder of a valid Hong Kong Electrical Worker License (Grade B or above，C / H or with relevant specialized certification preferred); familiar with Hong Kong electricity regulations and charging facility safety standards.

3.  具備充電站 / 電力設施運營維修經驗優先。

experience in charging station /power facility operation and maintenance  is preferred.

4. 具備粵語、英文商務溝通能力，流利者優先。

Proficiency in business communication in Cantonese and English; fluency is a strong advantage.
