Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Service Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing service delivery operations and ensuring client satisfaction across assigned accounts. Primary focus includes managing service teams, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end service delivery for assigned client accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

• Lead and mentor service delivery teams to meet performance targets and service quality standards.

• Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and client success to align service delivery with business objectives.

• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing service delivery teams in a contract-based or gig-economy environment.

• Strong understanding of service level agreements and contractual obligations.

• Proficiency in customer service operations and escalation management.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, teams, and leadership.
