Our people describe our culture as supportive, inclusive and community-focused, where we genuinely want each other to succeed. As we lead the transition to a clean energy future, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that enable smarter asset management and stronger network performance.

The Opportunity

Join ElectraNet in this 12-month maternity leave contract and be part of the team behind the smooth day-to-day operation of our workplaces. Whether you're seeking a full-time opportunity or the flexibility of a 0.8 FTE four-day work week, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role within a supportive environment while helping deliver the infrastructure that powers South Australia.

In this role you will:

  • Monitor and manage the ServiceNow Request Portal, ensuring requests are effectively allocated and progressed.
  • Coordinate accommodation and workspace planning activities across all office sites.
  • Support employee workplace relocations and office move activities.
  • Liaise with external property managers regarding maintenance requests and site requirements.
  • Coordinate archiving services across the business and maintain associated records.
  • Assist with emergency response management activities, including Fire Warden and First Aid coordination.
  • Maintain Facilities and Security information on the company intranet and support procedure updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Services team and support operational requirements during periods of leave, absence or peak demand.

About You

You are a proactive and adaptable administrator who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. You are organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in an administration, facilities coordination or workplace support role.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A positive, flexible and team-oriented approach.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with systems and databases.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • A qualification in business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within facilities management, property services or an asset-intensive industry will be highly regarded.

Employee Benefits

We're proud to offer a workplace that is supportive, inclusive and genuinely committed to your success. When you join ElectraNet, you join a team that values diversity, collaboration and continuous learning.

For this role, we offer a competitive remuneration package starting from $85,000 plus superannuation and a performance bonus eligibility of up to 15%. In addition to this, we also offer:

  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • 15 days personal/carer's leave
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Flexible work options & wellbeing programs
  • Additional paid volunteering and office closure leave
  • Ongoing professional development and certification support
  • A vibrant and community focused team culture
  • Regular social events and activities.
