Facilities Staff (Construction)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree related to Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• With experience in facilities maintenance, office administration, building operations, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in monitoring and maintaining facility supplies, equipment, and consumables, including tracking usage, repairs, replacements, and replenishment.
• Capable of coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of maintenance services.
• Familiar with conducting facility inspections and safety audits while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.
• Able to identify and immediately report safety hazards, violations, and operational concerns.
• Knowledgeable in company asset and vehicle documentation, including annual registration, filing, and record monitoring.
• Strong understanding of workplace cleanliness, office functionality, and maintaining an organized working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good relationships with building administrators, tenants, vendors, and employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and documentation management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
