Responsibilities:
- Manages Electrical system, building maintenance and utilities
- Work out government compliance, e.g., PEZA, BFP & DOLE
- Manages delivery trucks and shuttle service
- Manages Pest and Termite control and implements cost saving projects
Qualifications:
- Licensed Electrical Engineer or Licensed Mechanical Engineer with experience in facility management /truck maintenance
- With at least 3 years of experience in related field
